All of our beautifully furnished one bedroom condos have spectacular ocean views. Two Bedroom Condos

We have a choice of ocean view or city view. These two bedroom condos include a king-sized bed, two twin beds, living/dining combination, fully equipped kitchen, bath (most have two baths) and terrace. Washer/dryer, microwave, sheets, bath towels and beach towels are provided. On grounds amenities include pool, beach, private parking and 24-hour security. Cool rattan furnishings with soothing tropical fabrics, ceramic tile floors and central air conditioning provide a relaxing setting.

Affordable Rates & Beautiful Furnishings

Rates start at $721 per week. Call owner at 516-297-9772 or e-mail for availability and reservations. A $200 security deposit is required to hold the dates and guarantee the rate. This deposit is in addition to the rent and is fully refunded after the rental is complete and the phone bill has been received (usually 6-8 weeks after return). There is a 7% sales tax on all rentals.


About Marbella

All of our apartments are in the condominium complex called Marbella del Caribe. This twin-tower hi-rise condominium is located in the heart of the popular Isla Verde tourist section on beautiful Isla Verde Beach, the most spectacular beach in San Juan.

The complex offers 24-hour security, beach access, and beautiful, private grounds that include a swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball/basketball court, playground, picnic tables and barbecues.

Each apartment has its own assigned parking space on the premises. The complex also has a mini market. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and in walking distance (2 blocks) is the elegant El San Juan Hotel and Casino, as well as three other hotels/casinos. There is a vast array of restaurants from casual to formal within a few short blocks. There are several supermarkets, numerous souvenir shops, Charlie Car Rental and a Walgreens that is open 24 hours and has just about everything one could need from food, to beauty supplies, to beach gear.
